Reservation Policy
Snowmobile (Day Tours and Multi-Day Tours): A 50% deposit at the time of booking is required.
Snowcoach: Full payment due at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Snowmobile - Day Tours: Refund if 48 hours in advance; except during holiday periods when a two-week policy applies.
Snowmobile - Multi-Day: Non-refundable deposit. Total due and non-refundable 30 days out from scheduled tour.
Snowcoach: Seven-day cancel policy. No refund unless seats can be filled.
